We follow each process with the person who does it, task by task: what comes in, what goes out, which systems it crosses and how long it takes.

You leave with a map of what is worth automating, what to cut, what to leave with a person, and which AI Act category each case falls under. It is yours even if we go no further.

Proposal
A proposal for the best-return process, with its scope and its price. If you accept it, what you paid for the diagnosis is deducted from the implementation.

The questions that come up on almost every first call.
Yes. It is a piece of work with its own deliverable, not a sales visit: the map is yours and is useful even if you go no further with us. It costs from €799, excluding VAT, depending on how many processes there are to walk; the price is settled on the first thirty-minute call, which is free. If you then commission the implementation, what you paid for the diagnosis is deducted.
Then we tell you, and you save yourself the project. It happens, and we would rather it happened in the diagnosis than six months later. The map that comes out of it is yours either way: it tells you which processes really cost, even if the answer to several of them turns out to be hiring better or fixing a spreadsheet rather than adding a model.
Some time with whoever does the work, and a real sample of what passes through their hands: the documents that arrive, the conversations that get answered, the screens each piece of data goes through. There is nothing to prepare and your processes do not need to be documented; documenting them is part of what we deliver.
Wherever you decide, and it is decided before we start. For the diagnosis we work with samples, and what may leave your company and what may not is agreed on the first call. For whatever gets built afterwards, we can work with models that run on your own infrastructure or with providers whose API terms exclude training on what they receive.
