Everything your company knows, one question away.
An internal assistant that answers from your manuals, procedures and technical documentation, and cites where it found the answer so it can be checked.
Start the conversation- Manuals and procedures
- Technical documentation
- Answers with their source
- Permissions by person and area
- Models on your own infrastructure
- Its own panel and interface
What your company knows is already written down. The trouble is that finding it costs more than asking again.

An answer you can check
A demo nobody maintains
A product with its own panel and code
Not everything crosses to the right: if a document is out of date, the assistant cites it just as confidently. That is why it always cites the source, and why part of the work is deciding which documents are the good ones.
Start the conversation- Step 01
Call
Thirty minutes. You tell us what your team asks and where the answers live, and we tell you honestly whether an assistant is enough or the documentation needs sorting out first.
- Step 02
Diagnosis
We go through your documents and the real questions your team asks: what is there, what is missing, what is out of date and who can see each part.
- Step 03
Pilot
One area — a manual, a department — running on real questions and measured against what the person who knows would answer.
- Step 04
Operation
It connects to wherever your documents live so it stays up to date on its own, and every month we review which questions it cannot answer.
Before you book.
The questions that come up on almost every first call.
For plenty of things, yes — and if your case is one of them we will say so on the call. The difference shows up when it has to answer from your documents, every day, respecting who can see what, without anyone pasting text into a chat window by hand. You have probably seen impressive demos; the one that survives contact with your real data is a different thing, and that is the one we build.
That is why it cites the source. Every answer links to the document and the passage it came from, so whoever asked can check it in one click, and if the answer is not in your documentation the assistant says so instead of filling the gap. None of them is always right; what gets built is that you can tell when it does not know.
Wherever you decide, and it gets decided before any code is written. We can work with models that run on your own infrastructure and never leave it, or with providers whose API terms exclude training on what they receive. Which one fits depends on what the data is, and it is a conversation to have at the start, not once everything is built.
Not all of it. The diagnosis tells you which part is in good shape and which part would confuse the assistant: old versions, documents that contradict each other. You start with what is sound and sort out the rest by priority, not all at once.
Still got one? Write to us and we will settle it before you book anything.
Tell us where it gets stuck.
You get a reply within 24h, from the person who would actually build it. No forms, no sales sequence.
