The delivery note stops going through a keyboard.
An agent that reads delivery notes, invoices and orders, turns them into data and loads them into your ERP, with the line that does not match held for a person.

Typing up one document does not look expensive. Typing hundreds a month does, and so does the error that slips into one.
Today
With us
Someone retypes what already arrived written
The document comes in as data
One template per supplier
It reads whatever format arrives
The error turns up weeks later
The line that does not match stops at the door
Nobody knows what went in or when
Every value links back to its document
A script only its author understands
A product with its own panel and code
Not everything crosses on its own: an unreadable document, a line that does not match the order or a new supplier get held for a person to review. The goal is not that nobody looks; it is that only what deserves a look gets one.
Start the conversation- Step 01
Call
Thirty minutes. You tell us which documents arrive, from how many suppliers and where they need to go, and we tell you honestly whether automating it pays.
- Step 02
Diagnosis
With a real sample of your documents we measure how many arrive, how long each one takes and where the errors creep in. And we check how data gets into your ERP.
- Step 03
Pilot
One document type, end to end, measured against what gets typed by hand today, before the rest are added.
- Step 04
Operation
It connects to your ERP with the review queue wherever it is needed, and every month we watch what gets held and why, so less gets held each time.
Before you book.
The questions that come up on almost every first call.
If your ERP accepts data through an API, a file import or its database, yes — and nearly all of them accept at least one of the three. We check it in the diagnosis, before anything is committed. If yours is one of the closed ones, we tell you and look at whether the alternative is worth it.
That is what the review queue is for. The agent scores its confidence on every field and checks the document against what it should say: the order, the supplier, the stock. Anything that does not match does not reach the ERP; it is held for a person to see. No system reads perfectly, and what matters is that the error stops at the door and not three weeks later.
OCR turns an image into text, and stops there: you still need someone who understands which line is the price and which is the part number. An agent does that second part, with each supplier’s format and without a template for every one. And it is delivered as a product, with its own panel and code, not as a script only its author understands.
Wherever you decide, and it gets decided before any code is written. We can work with models that run on your own infrastructure and never leave it, or with providers whose API terms exclude training on what they receive. With invoices and supplier data, the first option is usually the sensible one.
