Technology tailored to your business

Your business runs in spite of its tools. It should run because of them.

Internal tools, integrations, mobile apps and platforms built for the way you work.

  1. Internal tools & dashboards
  2. Custom CRMs & ERPs
  3. Integrations & APIs
  4. Mobile apps (iOS & Android)
  5. SaaS platforms
  6. Data migration

Off-the-shelf software makes you work the way everyone works. What sets you apart is exactly what does not fit in it.

TodayWith us

Ten spreadsheets and none you trust

One place with the right number

The tools do not talk to each other

They pass the data on their own

Licences for features you never use

Only what your process needs

The process changes and the tool does not

The tool changes with the process

The vendor decides what you can do

The code is yours

Crossing to the right is not free: bespoke costs more up front and has to be maintained. If an off-the-shelf tool covers your case, we tell you, and you save yourself the project.

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. You tell us how you work today, and we tell you honestly whether you need custom software or something that already exists will do.

  2. 02

    Plan

We map the process and what has to talk to what. You leave with a fixed scope, a fixed price and a real date.

  3. 03

    Build

Delivered in pieces: every week you see something working on your own data, and the people who will use it give feedback from the start.

  4. 04

    Rollout

We migrate the data, train the team, and stay 30 days to adjust whatever real use uncovers.

Before you book.

The questions that come up on almost every first call.

Often, yes — and if that is your case we will say so on the call. An off-the-shelf tool pays off when your process looks like everyone else's. It stops paying off when you are paying for licences that do not talk to each other, or when the team works around the tool instead of with it. What decides it is not the licence price, it is what adapting to the tool costs you every day.

They stay wherever they make sense. You rarely need to throw everything out: usually we connect what already works — invoicing, the shop, email — and build only the missing piece. If data has to be migrated, the migration goes into the plan with its own date, instead of turning up at the end as a surprise.

It depends on what it is for. If it has to work offline, use the camera or sensors, or live on your customers' phones: an app. If your team uses it from a computer and now and then from a phone, a well-built web application ships sooner and costs less to maintain. We build apps with React Native: one codebase for iOS and Android.

You can. The code is yours from day one, documented, and built on technologies any developer works with — not a system of ours. If we stay on for maintenance, great; if not, the handover is designed in from the start.

Still got one? Write to us and we will settle it before you book anything.
