AI Transformation

Give your team back the hours nobody should be spending.

We analyze your processes and automate only what earns it.

  1. Process audit
  2. AI Act compliance
  3. Customer support
  4. AI agents
  5. Task automation
  6. Integration with your systems
  7. Custom models
  8. Automated visual inspection

No manual task looks expensive on its own. What costs you is that it repeats.

One person knows the process

It is on the record

Not everything on the left crosses to the right: work that needs judgment stays where it is. How much of yours crosses is exactly what the audit measures.

  1. 01

    Call

Thirty minutes. You tell us where your team's time goes, and we tell you honestly whether there is anything here worth automating.

  2. 02

    Audit

We walk your processes task by task and measure what each one costs in hours. You leave with a map of what can be automated, what can be cut, what is better left to a person, and which AI Act category each case falls under.

  3. 03

    Pilot

We start with the best-return process on the map. One of them, working and measured, before you commit to more.

  4. 04

    Scale

It connects to your systems, with a human in the loop where it matters, and the next process follows once the first has earned it.

Before you book.

The questions that come up on almost every first call.

For plenty of things, yes — and if your case is one of them we will say so on the call. The difference shows up when the work has to happen on its own, every day, on your data and inside your systems: at that point a chat window someone pastes text into is not enough. You have probably seen impressive demos; the one that survives contact with your real data is a different thing, and that is the one we build.

Then we tell you, and you save yourself the project. It happens, and we would rather it happened in the audit than six months in. The map is yours either way: it tells you which processes actually cost you, even where the answer turns out to be better hiring or a fixed spreadsheet rather than a model.

Wherever you decide, and it gets decided before any code is written. We can work with models that run on your own infrastructure and never leave it, or with providers whose API terms exclude training on what they receive. Which one fits depends on what the data is, and it is a conversation to have at the start, not once everything is built.

On our side, yes. Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026: an assistant has to say that it is one, and generated content has to be marked in machine-readable form. That comes as standard in what we build, not as an extra line on the invoice. What nobody serious will promise you is that your whole business complies, because the obligations depend on what you use each system for, and on the fact that whoever puts it into service under their own name is you. That is why the audit classifies every process — most back-office automation is not high-risk, and what is has until December 2027 — and comes out with the documentation and the Article 4 literacy training covered. We are not lawyers: our job is that when your counsel looks at it, there is nothing to redo.

Still got one? Write to us and we will settle it before you book anything.
